At Watercolor Wool, we strive to ship your orders quickly and securely so you can enjoy your yarn as soon as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 - 14 days.

  • Most yarns are dyed-to-order, which means your skeins are made especially for you.

  • During product launches, holidays, or high order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping (U.S.): $7 on orders under $100

  • Free Shipping (U.S.): Orders over $100 ship free

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 days (after processing)

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Watercolor Wool is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, reach out to us at kimberly@watercolorwool.com.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If there is an issue with your order (such as an error or defect), please contact us right away so we can make it right.
